To qualify for our score improvement guarantee* here’s what you need to do.

Establish your baseline score:

Take a Frontier Tutoring practice test which must be completed (i) No earlier than 6 months prior to your first day of instruction, and (ii) No later than one day prior to the first day of instruction. If you have multiple qualifying baseline test scores, we will use the most recent test score for the purposes of the score improvement guarantee.

Attend and engage with every instructional session:

Arrive on time and stay for the duration of each session. For any session you need to miss, schedule a one-on-one make-up session (subject to availability). Contact our office well in advance of any session you need to miss, no later than 48 hours after the missed session to schedule the make-up session. All make-up sessions must be completed no later than one day prior to your scheduled practice test 2.

Complete assigned homework using the online portal, meeting our standards for both quality and quantity:

You will receive homework (lessons, homework drills, and quizzes) after each session. You must complete at least 80% of the assigned homework using the online portal no later than one day prior to the last day of instruction for your package, and you must watch the video solutions for all questions you answer incorrectly.

Take second practice test and share your official test scores with us:

Take a second practice once instruction has concluded so you can determine the areas where you should focus your studies in the final weeks leading up to the official test. For students taking the prep class, a second practice test is included. For students doing individual prep, it is your responsibility to register for a second practice test at www.frontiertutoring.com/practicetest or provide a date to your instructor to self-proctor a second practice test. You must take the official test within 28 days of your second practice test. Within 14 days of the release of your official scores, share your official test scores by uploading a PDF copy of your score report to frontier.click/officialscores. You must complete the web form. Communication of your official scores via email or phone is not acceptable.

Determine if you qualify for additional instruction:
