All programs are available for in-person or online delivery (you may choose your preferred format when you enroll).

What are your COVID-19 policies for in-person sessions?

 

Our COVID-19 Policies for In-Person Operations

 

  • Masks are optional.  Masks are available at our front desk if you do not have your own. 

  • If you are feeling unwell, are unable to adhere to our entry requirements, or do not feel comfortable attending an in-person session, please contact us so we may convert your session to online delivery.

  • All Frontier Tutoring team members providing in-person instruction are vaccinated.

  • In the event of changing guidance or changing conditions related to COVID-19, we reserve the right to change our policies, including (but not limited to) requiring masks for in-person sessions or converting in-person programs to online delivery.

 

Is my session in person or online?

 

For one-on-one appointments, the confirmation email you receive 24 hours before your session will specify whether your session is booked in person or online.  If you are unsure of whether your upcoming group SAT/ACT Prep Class or practice SAT/ACT test will be in person or online, please contact us at info@frontiertutoring.com or 907-268-4233.

 

Can I switch my session from in person to online or vice versa?

 

If you would like to switch your session from in person to online or vice versa, please contact us at info@frontiertutoring.com or 907-268-4233.  Switching from in-person to online sessions can generally be accommodated quickly.  Switching from online to in-person sessions may require several business days to coordinate.

 

How do I join my online session?

 

For online programs, just before your session/class/practice test is scheduled to begin, we will email you with a Zoom link.
