Is my session in person or online?
For one-on-one appointments, the confirmation email you receive 24 hours before your session will specify whether your session is booked in person or online. If you are unsure of whether your upcoming group SAT/ACT Prep Class or practice SAT/ACT test will be in person or online, please contact us at email@example.com or 907-268-4233.
Can I switch my session from in person to online or vice versa?
If you would like to switch your session from in person to online or vice versa, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 907-268-4233. Switching from in-person to online sessions can generally be accommodated quickly. Switching from online to in-person sessions may require several business days to coordinate.
How do I join my online session?
For online programs, just before your session/class/practice test is scheduled to begin, we will email you with a Zoom link.
