Step 2: Record


Each time you recommend an applicant, complete the quick, 30-second Employment Applicant Referral form.  Encourage your contact to act with urgency: the referred applicant must submit his/her application within 14 days of your referral.

Step 3: Receive Reward


At Frontier Tutoring, our people are everything, so you deserve kudos when you've made an effort to add talent to our team.

  • Get lunch for every interview (not immediately hired): Earn a $25 giftcard to Bear Tooth  for every referral who is interviewed but not immediately offered a position.
  • Get dinner for every hire: Earn a $50 giftcard to Bear Tooth for every referral who is hired after the new-hire's first 10 hours of revenue service.
  • Plus, be entered to win a Kindle Fire tablet for every hire: You will automatically be entered to win a Kindle Fire tablet each time you refer a hire.  The more successful hires you refer, the better your chances to win.  The Kindle Fire drawing and award is made each May/June at our Team Member Appreciation Day.

Program Rules

  • All new hire candidates must receive a referral from a current Frontier Tutoring employee on this website. Referral from current employee must be submitted (step 2 above) prior to application.  In addition, the name of the referring employee must be listed on the candidates' application.
  • Both the referring employee and the new hire must be current Frontier Tutoring employees at the time of award payout/delivery in order for the referring employee to collect the award.
  • Although we encourage all team members to submit referrals, only team members in the Tutoring Specialist/Classroom Instructor position classification are eligible for reward payouts.
  • Applicants who have previously applied within the last 12 months of the referral do not qualify for referrer rewards.
  • The Company reserves the right to substitute a similar award when the original award is not available.  Any new or refurbished Kindle Fire model may be issued; Kindle Fire substitute limited to $150 value.
  • The Company reserves the right to change program, award, and all related terms, conditions, and rules at any time on a forward or retroactive basis.
