      Can I use charter school funding to pay for Frontier Tutoring programs?

      We work with a variety of charter schools. This article describes the payment policy for each.

      General Policies

      There are two ways you can choose to deploy your charter school funding:

      • Option 1 - If you elect to pay Frontier Tutoring out-of-pocket by credit card or check, then seek reimbursement using our receipt: You will receive any discounts (e.g., SAT/ACT prep early enrollment discounts, academic tutoring subscription or package discounts) for which you are eligible.
      • Option 2 - If you elect for Frontier Tutoring to invoice your charter school directly (if available), then: (i) You will be ineligible for discounts of any kind, and (ii) You will be required to place your credit card information on file. Your credit card will be charged only if we do not receive payment from your charter school within 30 days of our invoice.

      Denali PEAK Correspondence Homeschool

      • Direct invoicing option: We are able to invoice Denali PEAK directly.
      • What you need to do before we can process your enrollment:
      1. Place your credit card information on file. Your credit card will be charged only if we do not receive payment from Denali PEAK within 30 days of our invoice.
      2. Obtain approval from your teacher for the program(s) you would like to pay for, and budget funding accordingly. Determine the amount Denali PEAK will pay, along with any out-of-pocket balance you will pay.
      3. Complete the Payment Confirmation Form

      Family Partnership Charter School (FPCS)

      • Direct invoicing option: We are able to invoice FPCS directly.
      • What you need to do before we can process your enrollment:
      1. Place your credit card information on file. Your credit card will be charged only if we do not receive payment from FPCS within 30 days of our invoice.
        1. Allocate funding from your student's allotment in the FPCS online system and determine the amount FPCS will pay, along with any out-of-pocket balance you will pay.
        2. Complete the Payment Confirmation Form
      • Special notes: As of September 2018, FPCS advised us that it will pay for up to $1,200 of SAT/ACT prep out of a student's allotment.

      Frontier Charter School (FCS)

      • Direct invoicing option: We are able to invoice FCS directly.
      • What you need to do before we can process your enrollment:
      1. Place your credit card information on file. Your credit card will be charged only if we do not receive payment from FCS within 30 days of our invoice.
      2. Allocate funding from your student's allotment in SALTT and determine the amount FCS will pay, along with any out-of-pocket balance you will pay.
      3. Complete the Payment Confirmation Form

      IDEA

      • Direct invoicing option: We are able to invoice IDEA directly.
      • What you need to do before we can process your enrollment:
      1. Place your credit card information on file. Your credit card will be charged only if we do not receive payment from IDEA within 30 days of our invoice.
      2. Obtain approval from your contact teacher for the program(s) you would like to pay for, and budget funding accordingly. Determine the amount IDEA will pay, along with any out-of-pocket balance you will pay.
      3. Complete and sign an IDEA Vendor Direct Payment Form
      4. Complete the Payment Confirmation Form, which will require you to attach your signed IDEA Vendor Direct Payment Form

      Raven Correspondence School

      • Direct invoicing option: We are able to invoice Raven directly.
      • What you need to do before we can process your enrollment:
      1. Place your credit card information on file. Your credit card will be charged only if we do not receive payment from Raven within 30 days of our invoice.
      2. Obtain approval from your advisory teacher for the program(s) you would like to pay for, and budget funding accordingly. Determine the amount Raven will pay, along with any out-of-pocket balance you will pay.
      3. Ensure that Raven sends a copy of the approved purchase order to us at info@frontiertutoring.com.  For any sessions conducted prior to the purchase order date, you must pay for these using your own credit card and then submit a reimbursement request to Raven.
      4. Complete the Payment Confirmation Form.

      We are happy to explore establishing or reactivating a vendor relationship with your school. Please contact us, and provide us with the program(s) you are interested in paying for using charter school funding, along with the name/phone number/email address of the vendor contact at that charter school.
