Background & Selected Experience

Dastzeni is currently pursuing a degree in Mathematics from UAA. He enjoys taking STEM classes to see how they relate to real world applications. He has experience with private tutoring and has completed an internship for Southcentral Foundation. After college, Dastzeni hopes to start a career in a field of risk analysis, where he can use math applications.

In his free time, Dastzeni loves to go running and hiking. He has been a part of various choir groups for the past seven years, and in the summers he enjoys taking road trips and going camping. Last summer, Dastzeni went on a trip to France and Spain, and enjoyed the sights and the foods abroad.
